RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your appointment may be rescheduled to a later date if done before the 24 hours of your original appointment. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that have not been cancelled within this period of time. No show charges are 50% and late cancellation charges are 25% of your total service. 
If you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, your stylist can only offer what is left of your appointment time and you will be charged the full service amount.

CORRECTION POLICY
If there is anything wrong with your lashes, please let us know within 48 hours of the service and we will correct it free of charge.
