If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your appointment may be rescheduled to a later date (up to 30 days of original appointment) if done before the 24 hours of your original appointment. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that have not been cancelled within this period of time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, your stylist can only offer what is left of your appointment time and you will be charged the full service amount.
If there is anything wrong with your lashes, please let us know within 2-3 days of the service and we will correct it free of charge. Anything after this time period will be considered a mini refill or refill service and charged as is.
